Card Payment — Step by Step

Peptid24 does not process card payments directly — we route them through ShieldClimb, a payment gateway that bundles several providers and lets each one handle the part it is best at. At the payment step, select ShieldClimb and place your order. You are then redirected to the ShieldClimb payment page where the available providers are listed.
Pick Transak for card / Google Pay / Apple Pay
On the ShieldClimb page you will see a short list of providers — among them Revolut, Transak and crypto options. For credit card, debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay we recommend Transak — it has the broadest coverage of consumer payment methods and clears within minutes. Revolut customer? Then go with Revolut!
Transak may ask for identity verification — takes about 3 minutes
Transak sometimes requests a one-time identity verification — this is not always required and varies by region and payment method. Many customers complete their first payment without any verification step. If asked, you will need:
— name & email address
— photo of a valid ID document
— a short selfie check
The whole process typically takes about three minutes. Once verified, every future order goes through immediately.
Pay with your preferred method
After verification Transak shows the payment methods available in your country (selection is region-dependent). You can pay with:
— Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
— PayPal — where supported in your region
— Google Pay & Apple Pay — one tap on supported devices
— Bank transfer — SEPA where available
Pick your method, confirm the amount and authorise the payment.
Wait for confirmation — do not close the window
Once Transak confirms the payment, ShieldClimb forwards the result back to Peptid24. You receive a payment confirmation email and your order moves to dispatch — usually within 24 hours from our EU fulfilment centre.
⚠️ Even if the screen goes white — do not close the window. The payment is still processing in the background. If you do close it accidentally, you can return via the link in your order confirmation email.
Problems? Two practical tips
If Transak declines a card or requests additional verification, that is the provider's decision — Peptid24 cannot override it. Two practical tips that resolve most cases:
— Use a card issued in your own name — third-party cards are typically declined
— If your bank triggers 3D-Secure, complete it in the same browser tab — opening a new window causes it to fail
