3. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product presentation. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs.
- Germany: €6.90 (Free shipping within Germany on orders over €100)
- Europe: €9.90
- CH & UK: €15.90
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within the European Union. Shipping is handled by the following carriers: DHL, DPD, Hermes and UPS and Deutsche Post.
Delivery times:
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- EU: 4–6 business days (CH + UK +2 days)
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- ShieldClimb (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card, more) — We accept common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is processed securely and encrypted.
- Cryptocurrencies (ETH, USDT, USDC via DePay) – Transactions are processed via the Ethereum or Polygon network. Shipment occurs after blockchain confirmation.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
8. Product Notice
All products offered on this website are intended exclusively for scientific research purposes. The products are not intended for use as food, medicine, medical devices, or dietary supplements. Use in humans or animals is not intended. The buyer agrees to use the products solely for scientific or analytical purposes.
9. Exclusion of Returns
Due to the nature of the products offered (research chemicals, sealed goods), returns and refunds are generally excluded. This applies in particular to opened or used products. In the event of transport damage or delivery errors, please contact us immediately at Info@peptid24.net.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
The products offered are intended exclusively for research purposes. We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use.
11. Applicable Law
For all disputes arising from contractual relationships with consumers, the law of the respective EU member state of the buyer applies insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions require this. Otherwise, German law applies.
12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
